These hour-long, early-morning boot camp classes in the dramatic riverside setting of The Scoop amphitheatre are sure to get your heart pounding, and not just because they won’t cost you a penny. All fitness levels are welcome at the weekly sessions which mix callisthenics and body weight exercises with interval and strength training, all under the direction of personal trainer Jo Walters. Since spaces are limited you’ll want to arrive a bit early (and first timers will need to register when they get there). Remember to take water and a towel.
