The Horniman is one of south London’s best days out for families. And not just because of the taxidermied walrus that looks like an eight-year-old stuffed it. This year it’s celebrating Black History Month with a host of activities, including half-term workshops led by artist Habiba Nabisubi, where kids can create their own superhero inspired by Afrofuturism and artefacts in the museum’s collections.
