The Washm Station in central Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is the city’s oldest and busiest fire station. With daily temperatures exceeding 50°C during the summer months, it is one of the hardest environments for a fire fighter to work in. Director Tom Roberts captures life under these extraordinary circumstances through unrestricted behind the scenes access to the station. The screening, which will last 53 minutes, is followed by a Q&A with the director.
