Friday Late Spectacular: In Pursuit of Pain

Explore the terrifying but fascinating world of pain at this Wellcome Collection late opening. Hear brutally honest, first-hand accounts of pain from artists and performers including Martin O’Brien, who will re-enact the medical interventions he has encountered as a cystic fibrosis patient. The brave can test their pain thresholds against their friends, while tattoo artist Ant the Elder will be inking volunteers in front of a live audience. If all this suffering becomes too much to bear, the bar will be open all night.
