Flavour of the Month

Prepare to embark on a flavour trail and awaken those childhood tastebuds. Join this interactive talk and tasting event where you can go back in time to retro classics such as Pot Noodles, Monster Munch, strawberry laces, Angel Delight and more. Hosted by scent expert and flavour enthusiast, Odette Toilette (Lizzie Ostrom) and flavourist, Steve Pearce, guests will take part in a guided tasting of the individual compounds that make up some popular flavourings. Tickets include evening access to snoop around the Museum, a drink and an instant noodle dinner.
