An event at which food could appear just about anywhere – except on your plate. Here you’ll get to experience a breathable tearoom, see a meadow of wild flowers made out of sugar, eat a camera and taste bitters flavoured with moisture from the walls of the Churchill War Rooms, as well as meeting the creators of these many marvels. There’s a programme of demonstrations and hourly talks including ‘Alcohol in Space’ discussed by jelly maestros Bompas & Parr and ‘Making Food More Multisensory’ by experimental psychologist Professor Charles Spence.
