Free print monthly music mag DIY is supporting artists affected by mass gig and festival cancellations with the first DIYsolation Festival, which will take place entirely on Instagram live over the Easter weekend. Each day brings a new line-up of live sets. Already on the bill are English multi-instrumentalist and singer Marika Hackman, drag-loving rock band Happyness and south London rapper Master Peace. The idea is to raise some money for Help Musicians, a charity that’s offering supporting to those in the music industry during this pandemic. Now you just need a decent place to put your phone for the show, and a plastic pint glass filled with flat beer to set the scene.
