At celebrated Indian chef Vivek Singh’s restaurant Cinnamon Kitchen, the festival of light is also a festival of flavour. Why? Because the team have put together a special menu in celebration of Diwali. It contains twelve unique dishes like Kolkata style king prawn biryani with pomegranate raita, Sri Lankan style chicken curry with pandan leaf and Tandoori rabbit tikka with soola spices.
