Forza Win run Italian-influenced supperclubs in the coolest hidden corners of London. Often they involve big chunks of meat cooked on wood grills and lots of Lucozade orange-coloured Aperol spritz. Their new, permanent home for summer 2014 is an old cash and carry in Peckham, from which they'll be serving up fresh pasta, woodfired skewers of Ginger Pig meats and pudding for £25 a head, three days a week. The inevitable spritz will come from the cocktail bar, the wine list will be all natural and beer will come from a vending machine. Book in advance.
