Discovery Day: Hedgehog Heroes

Hyde Park is going hedgehog crazy over half term. This free day of activities is entirely hedgehog themed: you can craft one from a paper plate, colour in a picture of one, help make a huge handprint painted version or mould one from clay. Families visiting the Isis Education Centre can also follow a discovery trail to uncover prickly facts and discover how to help out hedgehogs at home. Over-eights can even learn to operate radio-tracking equipment used to trace these cute but spikey critters in the wild.
