Cool cocktails and top notch nosh make for a pucker pairing. That's probably why whiskey giants Jameson have teamed up with Disappearing Dining Club, the foodie pop-up party crew, to tickle some tastebuds with this luscious duo.
For a fairly pocket-friendly £20, you can tuck into a three-course meal and a selection of whiskey cocktails made with Jameson's Caskmates (whiskey aged in beer barrells), while Amp & Deck supply the tunes.
The whole idea is that the whiskey compliments the food, so DDC has laid on sharing platters including steak tartare, fish and chips, coffee brulee and more besides. Lastly, before you bid good night, there will be a cocktail masterclass, so you can attempt to recreate the evening – the liquid half at least – at home.
