temper, the meat-loving collection of London restaurants, is famous for its steaks. But, for Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) it’s all about the tacos. temper’s restaurants in Soho, Covent Garden and Shoreditch will be putting on a five-day-long Mexican party for the occasion. From Friday October 28 to Wednesday November 2 you’ll be able to tuck into an exclusive selection of Mexican-themed dishes including orange blossom-laced Pan de Muerto bread from specialist Mexican bakery Sweet Nibble, ‘nose-to-tail’ pumpkin tacos, smoked chicken pozole stew and rajas poblanas. On the day itself (November 2) a live mariachi band will join the proceedings and there’ll plenty of tequila and mezcal too, to really get the party started.
