Feast on a four-course meal of Middle Eastern-inspired dishes at this ‘Cook for Syria Charity Banquet’. Set in Petersham Nurseries’ beautiful foliage-filled glasshouse the evening will feature meals from the 'Cook For Syria' recipe book and made by the Nurserie's star chefs and Syrian chef, Imad Alarnab, who owned several restaurants in the country, before he was forced to flee to the UK with his family. Roasted poussin with couscous and olive oil and pistachio cake will be among the dishes on offer. All proceeds raised will be donated to Unicef’s efforts in Syria. Book in advance here.
