Conservation Couture: The Animal Ball Collection

For a couple of weeks this autumn a never-before-open-to-the-public room will host an exhibition all in the name of African and Asian elephants, gorillas and lions. The mammoth museum has teamed up with charity Elephant Family to display a collection of animal-inspired masks from some of the world’s leading fashion houses; Chloé, Jimmy Choo, Burberry and Preen are just some of the designers to have got out their feathers and crystals to create masks even more fabulous than the workroom of Ru Paul’s Drag Race.
