The Craft Council’s hefty annual exhibition celebrating contemporary craft and design returns to Somerset House this weekend for its twentieth anniversary, with a curated presentation of 40 international galleries representing more than 400 artists and makers. A wealth of disciplines and materials are represented, ranging from textiles and ceramics to jewellery, furniture and glass work, so there’s plenty to tempt casual craft fans and serious collectors alike. Each contemporary craft maker will be presenting their works in person, so you could also pick up a few handy crafting tips, while pieces will be available to purchase at prices starting from £500.
