Cocoa Vaults

Cocoa Vaults is the basement events space at Hotel Chocolat's Covent Garden headquarters, home to the chocolatiers' School of Chocolate and Bean to Bar experience. At Bean to Bar events, chocoholics are guided through roasting and conching cocoa. After a tempering demo, participants will pipe their very own chocolate bar to take home - that's if it makes it that far.
