Your classic escape game involves your team being locked into a room with only an hour to get out, but the puzzles that the deceased Alfred Langstroth has left us to solve lead not to freedom but to buried treasure. This clue-led hunt through Langstroth's old antiques shop will have you sorting, digging, searching, dividing and weighing your way around the room and its handsome furniture. Clues are clever, imaginative and just difficult enough to be really satisfying when you crack them, and the theme is beautifully represented in every prop. The only bad news is that we managed to find the prize, so you may have to play just for pride. Ashleigh Arnott
