Time Out says

Another packed line-up of music, comedy, dance, spoken word and street performance will make up The City of London Festival's 53rd edition. Many of the events are free, though we recommend reserving your place in advance where possible.

A selection of walks, talks and tours will help you to learn more about the area and its history, and the Rock the Boat Street Guitars are back to help fill the streets with strumming. An inflatable bowler hat will provide a temporary space for comedy, cabaret and circus, but events will take place all over the Square Mile. Listen to jazz with a view over the city from the Sky Garden or The Shard, debate justice in the Bishopsgate Institute and the Bailey, enjoy orchestral music in St Paul's and plenty more besides. This year's children's parade (July 10) takes on a theme of 'myths and legends'.

For the full line-up and to book visit the City of London Festival website.
