We may be a few months off from summer yet, but that doesn’t stop us being rather jealous of Prague’s (quite literally) coolest new establishment – an ice cream sandwich bar. Parlor, located in the Czech capital’s trendy Karlin district, is a collaboration between two friends – one of whom is a specialist cookie-maker (we can think of worse jobs, tbh). An homage to the tasty frozen treats, the eatery was inspired, according to its founders, by San Francisco’s ice cream culture. Customers can choose from eight different types of cookie, twelve kinds of ice cream and eight toppings – resulting in a whopping 6,000 possible flavour combinations. The bar also serves smoothies and coffee, plus booze in the evenings. Sounds like a pretty sweet place to chill…
