City envy: A nap bar has just opened in Madrid

We all know there are few things in life more satisfying than a cheeky nap. Madrid’s decided
it’s about time someone capitalised on that fact – and opened a nap bar right in the centre of
the city. Siesta & Go, located in the Spanish capital’s commercial district, is pretty much a daytime dozer’s heaven – you can pop in, choose a bunk or private room, and pay a small
fee for some sweet shut-eye (prices start from €8 per hour). When you awaken (thanks to a
staff member that ensures you don’t oversleep), coffee, newspapers and even free wifi are
available. Germophobes can be reassured – each sleeper gets their own set of bedsheets,
and an industrial cleaning service is on hand to keep everything spic n’ span. Just no
snoring, you hear?
