Chef Tom Hunt's 2015 Christmas Feast returns to the Brunel Museum for a fourth year, bringing with it a delicious menu created with food that would have otherwise gone to waste. The dishes which are presented as sharing platters and served on both floors of the museum use sustainably sourced fish (Hunt works closely with social enterprise SoleShare) and veggies that would have been chucked because of the industry's strict grading standards. Early arrivers can take a guided tour of the museum, sip mulled wine around the fire if the weather's fair and purchase signed copies of Tom's cookbook. Profits will be donated to Action Against Hunger and tickets should be booked in advance via the Christmas Feast of 7 Fishes event page.
