Christmas Day Bottomless Brunch

We know what you’re thinking; you’d have to be a Serious Hun to want to spend Jesus’s actual birthday at a bottomless brunch. But this festive feast in the decadent surroundings of the Royal Lancaster Hotel’s Park Restaurant doesn’t sound like the Prosecco-fuelled carnage of your typical ‘botty b’. Guests will be treated to live music from a jazz trio against the backdrop of Hyde Park’s wintery Italian Gardens, as they enjoy a dizzying array of dishes, starting with a hot breakfast buffet including maple-cured bacon, Cumberland sausage and Eggs Royale, before a selection of starters including cold meats, soups and wintery salads. The main event is a proper Christmas Day feast featuring three meats and all the trimmings, followed by a cheeseboard and their choice of ten festive desserts.And let’s not forget the bottomless part; after a glass of Taittinger champagne to start, there’ll be free flowing red and white wine for the duration of the meal. So basically, if you don’t fancy cooking on December 25, but do fancy going absolutely hog wild on a gigantic Christmas buffet, this might be the festive feast for you.
