When we say 'Gin and...', there's a plethora of ways you might finish our sentence. "...Tonic!', you'll most likely bellow. '...Juice!' you may yell. But '...Chocolate'? It's not the most obvious combination. Or so we thought. Ealing's Soane's Kitchen are blowing those preconceived notions out of the water, by inviting local chocolatier Lucy Savage down to teach you all about pairing up your sweet treats with your bitter liquors, including rolling your own gin truffles to take away.
