Chef Residencies at Carousel

The Carousel team collaborate with a changing roster of top guest chefs, including emerging and established international kitchen wizards. Working with head chef Ollie Templeton, the likes of Elizabeth Allen (Jan 17-28), Karlos Ponte (Jan 31-Feb 4) and Alex McCoy (Mar 7-18) will whip up a five course meal that represents their approach to cooking.
