Prepare to squeal for the UK’s first-ever Iberico ham carving championships. Join Brindisa in celebrating the craft and culture of ham carving and watch five chosen finalists slice it out for the champion of the prestigious art of ‘tallado’. The finalists will be put to the test under the watchful eye of experienced judges, including one of Spain’s award-winning carving experts, José Manuel Hidalgo.
