Breaking Olympic Watch Parties

This year marks the first that breaking has been recognised at the Olympics and, to celebrate, Breakin’ Convention and Sadler’s Wells are teaming up. The two groups will co-host free live watching parties at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park’s Riverside East, so you can cheer on the teams in the competition with aficionados and curious new fans alike. The events will also feature DJ sets from BBC 1Xtra’s team and panel talks with breakers involved in the Olympic qualifiers, who’ll give more insight into both the dance form and the process of getting involved with athletics’ biggest tournament.
