Bowie: Starman and the Silver Screen

Celebrate David Bowie, by seeing him on the big screen. The BFI is hosting Bowie: The Starman and the Silver Screen, a month-long event with showings of feature films, television and documentaries that show Bowie in a variety of roles. Films include ‘The Man Who Fell to Earth’ and ‘Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence’, with ‘Bowie at Glastonbury 2000’ and ‘Ziggy Stardust & the Spider from Mars’. Also being shown are movies that influenced the singer, and ‘BUG Special: David Bowie’ created by comedian and Bowie aficionado Adam Buxton on January 6 and 7.
