Bittern Roost Watch

Wrap up warm for this bird watching event run by Lee Valley conservationists and volunteers. You'll find out more about the elusive Bittern and hopefully spot one as it comes in to roost in the reed beds. The event is run as part of the Hertfordshire Bittern Action Plan and aims to promote the birds and the conservation of them. Booking isn't required so just turn up on the day and bring binoculars if you have them.
