Father Christmas and his live Reindeer will be sticking their red noses in at this winter wonderland. The even is taking over Elizabeth Street (noon-5pm) and Pimlico Road (11am-4pm) where there will be festive handmade crafts, boutique market stalls, children's entertainment, choirs, food and drink.
