Londoners can already see the (former) First Lady painted in a 30-foot mural in Brixton, but now here's a chance to meet her in the flesh. Michelle Obama is coming to the Southbank Centre to discuss her new memoir ‘Becoming’. She'll be chatting to patriarchy-smashing author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie about everything from her childhood spent in the South Side of Chicago to her years as an executive, motherhood and her time as a resident in the White House. Get ready to watch her speak candidly about her triumphs and disappointments and you might also pick up a few life lessons too.
Tickets will go on sale to the public at 10am on Thur Nov 8 and each one includes a hard-copy of her memoir. These are sure to get snapped up quickly, so make sure you put the date in your diary.
