Slap Ya Papa run brilliant New Orleans food and music events, so their takeover of the Vaults Kitchen should be sensational. The programme is packed: there will be good eatin' at supper clubs (Sept 16-18, 24, 25, £30-£35) with live performances from the likes of Riot Jazz and Kansas Smitty, all-day Sunday brunches (Sept 20, 27, £20) and three nights of cabaret with Mad Men's Bryan Batt at the piano (21-23 Sept, £25-£40). On both Saturdays (19, 26 Sept), Marbles & Ware will be running the 'Southern Wilds' art exhibition of London artists, which is free entry, and the Bizarre Bazaar street market: arts, crafts, Nola hollering and soul food stalls. On both evenings, there will be a five-course Bidders' Banquet (£40) at which you can buy work from the exhibition.
