This is going to be a bun in a million. Eat your way through a different bao a day from Monday January 13. BAO Soho will be hosting the ultimate battle of the bao where you can try one-off specials, featuring weird and wonderful creations including Philly Cheesesteak, chip butty, banana fritter, sweet potato, crème brûlée baos and more. Each entry will be scored by the public and at the end of the month, the highest scorer will be crowned The Big BAO People’s Winner 2020. The fluffy masterpieces will go through another round of rigorous tasting and presented to industry experts and judges, including BAO’s head chef Erchen Chang, Jeremy Lee of Quo Vadis and Koya's head chef Shuko Oda. The champion bao will be put on as a special across all three restaurants.
