Bat Walks

Seven different species of bat swoop over the London Wetland Centre to hunt after dark. These walks are your chance to witness their impressive airborne aerobatics and to hear them chatter as they locate their dinner. Visitors will learn more about the winged critters in a pre-tour talk, and will be armed with bat detectors to help identify which species it is they're spying on. The event is suitable for adults and children over eight. Book in advance.
