Need help interpreting sign language? How about a method of contraception provided from your mobile? Or a contact lens that tracks glucose levels in diabetics? There’s an app for that. Or one is coming soon. This new exhibition, and awards of the same name,  will take a close look at the developing world of personal health technology devices, ideas and research. In this snapshot of a rapidly growing global sector the Design Museum will examine what these changes could mean for designers, healthcare professionals and users of new technologies. Categories include Get Me Healthy, Signs and Symptoms and Best Research and Development Product. Winners will be announced on Wednesday March 18.
