Time Out says

This exhibition looks at the Japanese house, asking whether the neat, carefully constructed version of life which it symbolises, in the West at least, is a myth. Going behind the doors of contemporary urban homes, the show explores how private lives are lived in Japan today, examining a variety of aspects of home life – from furniture and decoration to eating, sleeping, cleaning and worship.
