Leighton House Museum is the meeting point for this walking tour which explores a unique group of studio-houses built by Leighton and his contemporaries on Holland Park Road and Melbury Road. During the late Victorian period, the area was synonymous with artists including GF Watts, V Prinsep and W Burges who formed the 'Holland Park Circle'. You'll be able to explore some of the artists' beautiful private gardens as well seeing the houses from the outside, before heading back to the Leighton House Museum to marvel at the 'Arab Hall' which showcases a vast collection of sixteenth-century Middle Eastern glazed tiles. Advance booking can be made here.
