Commemorating the 125th anniversary of Christie's birth, this photographic exhibition delves into the Queen of Crime's private collection to give an intimate insight into her life. Each portrait is nicely set off with a quote from one of her books or private letters and they are organised chronologically, with key events (the first performance of The Mousetrap, publication of Murder on the Orient Express) marked on a timeline that culminates with a fine 80th birthday portrait of Christie, painted by the expressionist Oscar Kokoschka in 1969.
