Listen to space debris as it passes over the Science Museum with Machine 9 - an electromechanical sound instrument created by composer and sound artist, Nick Ryan, that transforms the movement of 27,000 tracked pieces of space debris into sound, in real time. Part of Adrift, a new arts and science project revealing the extent of space debris orbiting Earth, the machine is on public dispay at the museum for the first time. You can even adopt your own piece of debris on Twitter beforehand.
