A Real Rum Do

An intoxicating evening exploring the history of rum. On the menu are tastings, talks and performances, along with a chance to design your own label to take home on a rum miniature. Enjoy a pina colada over a game of dominoes, listen to calypso music and have a go at playing the steel pans and watch cookery demonstrations by soul food chef Momma Cheri. Plus there'll be a dash of history, looking at West India Quay's role in the slave trade in special tours of the museum's London, Sugar and Slavery gallery. Booking essential.
