Burns Night is being hauled into the twenty-first century at this Modern Burns Night Supper. In what they've called ‘a clichéd cullen skink and cranachan free zone’ Progressive Hebridean Distillers are behind the evening at Mr Lyan’s latest bar Cub. Expect a 10-course set menu (five dishes, five drinks) made from local, foraged ingredients and showcasing the distillery's Port Charlotte Whisky and The Botanist Gin. If you're yearning for a bit of tradition, no worries, the classic address of the haggis will still play a part of the evening - it's what Rabbie would have wanted.
