A Field of Cloths: Handspun & Handwoven Textiles inspired by Africa, China & India

This exhibition of elaborate textiles is being staged by the London Guild of Weavers, Spinners and Dyers, founded in 1950 out of the members' love for traditional hand techniques in textiles. The exhibition will showcase designs, techniques, colours and fabrics, with explanations of the maker's inspiration in textiles from China, Africa or Asia. Some handmade items will be on sale.
