The PS Elizabethan, a replica 1890s Mississippi stern-wheeled paddle steamer, is operating five, one-hour cruises as part of the Thames Festival, with commentaries delivered by the likes of David Starkey and Maxwell Hutchinson, and family cruises with the creators of Rastamouse.
