Suffolk Americana music hoedown The Maverick Festival will provide the tunes at this two-day eatathon in Granary Square organised by street food collective Kerb. US-style eats will include Growlers’ ‘Bayou Biteback’ alligator meat nuggets and sweet potato 'Pilgrim Fries',  Buffalo Dogs (aka the first fried chicken hot dog) from Oh My Dog and Taco Dave's Texas-style beef chilli nachos. The bar will be pouring mint juleps, Cactus Jack’s Cajun Lemonade and Dolly Parton’s Melon Margaritas.
