As ever, the Science Museum comes up with an inventive programme of activities for the summer holidays, this year themed around the three-dimensional world. 3D Summer at the Science Museum (July 25-September 1) features a variety of family activities, including a family trail and a range of workshops. In the latter, children aged 5+ can make a pop-up museum or 3D glasses, examine bugs in 3D, and try a spot of 3D body scanning to make a 3D computerised version of themselves. Most events are drop-in and free: see the museum website at sciencemuseum.org.uk/summer for full details.
