[title]The Alcoholic Architecture bar at Borough Market is delighted to offer Time Out Cardholders 2-for-1 entry as it nears the end if its opening run.
The venue, run by experimental culinary design studio Bompas & Parr, features a walk-in cloud of breathable gin and tonic, where the atmosphere is recharged with three litres of vapourised gin every hour.
The bar’s been open for a year in London Bridge, and is now set to move on to pastures new, but on Wednesday July 27 and Thursday July 28, Cardholders can enjoy discounted entry to sample this alternative way of ‘drinking’. Conventional methods of libation are also on offer, with a delicious range of cocktails, beers and champagne, all historically produced by monks, reflecting the monastic history of the area. Not that there’s anything particularly ascetic about this intoxicating night out.
