Canadian playwright Anusree Roy's drama looks at the lives of six women, three Muslim and three Hindu, who were caught in violence that followed India's partition in 1947. As the 70th anniversary of partition approaches, millions are still being made homeless by religious violence. Anna Pool directs this timely revival, commissioned by the Finborough.
