This immersive performance unfolds in a crumbling old Victorian house in Peckham. It's based on Elizabeth Inchbald’s 1792 tragedy 'The Massacre', which explores the fate of persecuted Protestants. But it sprawls out from her original story to explore modern-day themes of dislocation, departure and home.
'Til We Meet in England' is created by Lost Text/Found Space, who specialise in resurrecting rarely staged works by women, in staging them in atmospheric found spaces.
