The Way I Wear My Hair

The theatre hammered together from reclaimed wood in 2011 is still standing, two Empty Space Awards and two years later. It's most recent 2013 'collection', as the theatre bods call it (to most of us, a festival) features two shows a night from a series of emerging, distinct companies and theatre makers. Rachael Young's show is a journey about her quest for an alternative female identity through the biography of her hair. The piece runs alongside 'Earning Innocence' in the festival, called N.O.W. '14, and the price includes both evening shows.
