Time Out says

Nine years since Jean Genet’s savage class satire The Maids received its last major London production – by Jamie Lloyd no less – here comes a fairly serious revival for Martin Crimp’s crisp modern translation of the surrealist drama about a pair of – yes – maids who lose themselves in master-servant roleplay while their mistress is away. Annie Kershaw directs Anna Popplewell and Charlie Oscar as the maids and Carla Harrison-Hodge as Mistress.
