Time Out says

Hackney fringe theatre The Yard's ten-week summer festival of new work, with two performances a night (you can only book as a double bill) from some 20 theatre makers. Kicking off with venue favourites 3Fates' 'To Close Your Eyes is to Travel' (April 30-May 4, 7.30pm), a piece about the artistic struggles of a photographer, a writer and a hip hop artist, it will take in 'Bruce' (May 14), a collaboration between musicians and a sound therapist; a costume shop come to life in 'If the Heels Fit' (May 21-25, 7.30pm); and 'Ah Pook is Here' (May 28-June 1, 9pm), Joe Wild's piece inspired by an unpublished William Burroughs graphic novel. There are chances for the audience to get creative, too, with 'Drawing Play' (June 11-15, 9pm), in which you are invited to 'draw the story', and 'On the Benefits of Being a Troll', June 25-29, 9pm), TheatreState's invitation to invent your own internet troll with which to anonymously abuse fellow audience members.
